Make sure that you enter the correct e-mail address and password that you received in the registration confirmation e-mail. If that does not help and your access still does not work, please contact your Inter Cars sales representative or branch.

The e-mail I was using for logging-in is not valid any more. How can I change the e-mail address used for logging?
Change of e-mail address has to be performed by your sales representative, who on your behalf will register the new e-mail address and block non valid e-mail address.
On the login page I receive a message “incorrect e-mail or password”, what should I do next?
The message shows that either e-mail address or password were entered incorrectly. After having checked the password and login, should you receive the same message, please contact your sales representative in order to verify the access data.
How can I get access to Inter Cars e-Catalog for my employee?
Employee’s account has to be set up by sales representative of Inter Cars. Please provide your employee's e-mail address to the sales representative.
How can I delete the account of my former employee?
Deleting an account can be done by sales representative of Inter Cars, after having received a request from you.
After having logged in to the application, one of my customer numbers is missing.
If any of the customer numbers is not visible after logging in, please contact your sales representative at Inter Cars to have it added.
How can I change my password?
In the top right-hand corner, press on the customer number to expand the menu available there. Enter „User settings” and select „Change password”.

The operating system does not matter, as the new application works on any device which has a web browser and Internet access. It can be a telephone, a tablet or a computer.

The Inter Cars e-Catalog does not load the memory of a phone, as it is just a website which can be added to the main screen of a phone. Thanks to using PWA technology (Progressive Web Application) our application is light and takes little space when comparing to classic apps.
I am using a Firefox browser. Can I download the application to my mobile?
Inter Cars e-Catalog works on any device that has a web browser. Simply download the mobile app from the dedicated app store.
Can I use the catalogue on a tablet?
Yes, the catalogue works on all devices that have a web browser, including a tablet.

What is the difference between the catalogue downloaded from Google Play from the one available via a web browser?
From functional point of view there are no differences between the catalogue in a web browser and that downloaded from Google Play Store, but the second one works faster.
I have no account in Google Play Store and/or I do not want to download application? Can I still use the Inter Cars e-Catalog?
In order to use the catalogue it is enough to go to: https://pl.e-cat.intercars.eu and log in. The catalogue works on all mobile devices.
How can I find a passenger car or a motorcycle in the catalogue?
Vehicle catalogue and search engine can be found in upper menu bar, after pressing the button “vehicle”, next to a free-text search, after pressing on “Select vehicle” and below, on the left side in “Categories” tab, selecting “PKW” or “LKW” buttons. A list of recently selected vehicles shall be displayed, and after selecting a category of vehicle, a list of car makes and vehicle type shall be displayed.
In order to change the vehicle type, e.g. from a truck to a motorcycle (or search by a VIN number) one must use a drop-down menu, which is located on the left-hand side, next to search field. This is also the place where one can find vehicles by additional criteria, such as engine code, KBA number, axle or type.
How to find a vehicle by VIN number on my mobile phone?
This can be done in 3 ways:
- The fastest way is by clicking on „VIN” tile which is located on the homepage, next selecting a camera icon. This allows to take a photo of VIN number which we will decode for you.
- VIN number can also be entered in vehicle search engine (See point 1). From a drop-down menu, one must choose “VIN” option.
- It is also possible to enter the VIN number in the free-text search window.
I enter VIN number but get no search results, why?
No search results can mean two things:
- We still do not have the given VIN number in our database.
- The VIN is incorrect.
The most common mistakes:
- Invalid number of characters. There should be 17 characters.
- Replacing the letter “O” with digit “0”, character “I” with digit “1” and character “Q” with digit “9”.
- Misspelling, incorrect character.
How to save a vehicle of my customer?
One should click on a „floppy disc” icon above the picture of a vehicle. A form will appear into which one enters details, e.g. the registration number or customer name and VIN number, so that one can easily find it in the future.

In order to make it easier finding “universal parts”, such as light bulbs, fluids, frost plugs or wiper blades, floor mats or brake pipes and other, we have created a new convenient search engine. In order to use it, one should choose “Dedicated search engines” on the homepage. One can find the product by their pictures and/or dimensions there in an easy way.
My search results list has changed. How to see again search results with photos?
Probably you must have changed the view of search results. For your convenience there are two ways of presenting search results, simplified and extended view. The view can be changed using icons marked below.
How to narrow down search results (e.g. filter by manufacturer or size)?
On the left side of the product listing you can find filters to narrow down (limit) the number of products presented on the list, taking into consideration their features, size, manufacturer, etc.
If you wish to select more than one limitation, please tick required checkboxes and press “apply filters” button. If you are interested in only one product feature, it is enough just to click on the blue text, and the results shall be automatically loaded.
How does search results sorting work?
Products that are available in the shortest time and promotions are presented on the top of the list. You can change the sorting of product listing, e.g. by price, clicking on the marked list.
What does an icon next to the product mean?
Hover on the icon „<!>”, and additional information about the product shall be displayed. For instance, that a particular product has some limitations, fits only to a particular engine code, version of equipment or year of production, etc. In order to make a proper selection of a product, one must read those remarks.
Can I find old numbers of products in the catalogue? Where?
If you are looking for replacements numbers, OE numbers of historical numbers, numbers which are connected with a part you are looking for, you can find them:
- on product listing, after clicking on „OE Numbers”
- on product page, after clicking on „Reference numbers”

Unlike the Catalogue Online, Inter Cars e-Catalog works in a web browser. One has to keep in mind that in all browsers the key combination “CTRL+W” is used to close currently open tab. That is why the application was closed. In order to hide wholesale prices in the Inter Cars e-Catalog, first press “Z” and after that “W”.
Customer wants to wait some time before placing the order. How can I store the order, not to have to look for a product again later?
Shopping cart in the catalogue can be treated as a kind of storage. Ticking a checkbox (☑) you decide on which product and when you want to order.
I have two mobile phones. Can I use the Inter Cars e-Catalog on both of them at the same time and see the same products in the cart on both of them?
Yes, the cart is assigned to a user (an e-mail address), so all that is in the cart can be seen on two different devices logged in to the same account.
I want to finish an order, but I want to add one more product. I remember the product index by heart. What should I do?
You can quickly add a product directly in the shopping cart, by entering its index (e.g. OP 570) in the field “Enter product code”.
Where can I check the status of my order and if it has been realized?
You can find the current status of your order by clicking on your customer number in the top right-hand corner and then on the "Order history" tab.
Can I cancel an order?
After the order has been sent there is no possibility of cancelling it.
Can I pay for an order in the Inter Cars e-Catalog (e.g. using PayPal or Przelewy 24)?
Yes, with Inter Cars e-Catalog one can pay invoices by clicking on the “Invoices and payments” tab in the top right-hand corner, then selecting the specific invoice and clicking “Pay”.
How can I register a problem with incorrect product data in the Inter Cars e-Catalog?
All remarks, errors, problems with the catalogue can be registered using the form „send a message”, located at the footer of homepage.
From a drop-down menu please select a suitable category, describe the problem in details and click “send”.
What can I do if my company details are incorrect or outdated?
All the changes in customer’s company details are to be sent to a sales representative of Inter Cars.
In what languages, besides Polish, the Inter Cars e-Catalog is available?
Available languages are: Polish, English, German, Dutch, French and Russian. Language change button is at the bottom of the page.

Make sure that you are entering login and password to the catalogue that had been delivered to you by your sales representative. If given e-mail and password does not allow you to log-in to the new catalogue, you are kindly asked to contact your sales representative or nearest branch of Inter Cars.
